Katherine was the first runner-up of Miss California USA 2011. Katherine Blair is 23 year old and will serve the term until Miss California USA 2012 be crowned.

The first runner-up was Ashley Durham, Miss Tennessee USA 2011, the second runner-up was Madeline Mitchell, Miss Alabama USA 2011 and the third runner-up was Ana Rodriguez, Miss Texas USA 2011.
