In 2006,
Rosanna graduated from
University College Dublin with an arts degree in Sociology and
Art History. She has recently enrolled on a part-time course in Dublin with a view to becoming a qualified nutritional therapist.

In February 2012, Rosanna came second in a poll to find Ireland’s most desirable Valentines.
In 2012 Rosanna took the controversial step of announcing her continual desire to holiday in Mauritius, despite the recent trial and non conviction of two people for the murder of Michaela McAreavey. During her one week stay on the island state, she undertook a cover-shoot for the German edition of Playboy magazine, which appeared on the cover in October 2012.
